２０１６年５月１０日(火)より、香港内でのＰＨＳ機器の所有及び利用は全面禁止となりましたが、この度、香港を訪れる日本人渡航者のＰＨＳの持ち込みと使用については、今回の禁止措置の対象から外れましたので以下にご案内いたします。

３Ｇモードの国際ローミングを目的とした、香港への日本人渡航者によるＰＨＳ及び３Ｇモードの携帯電話の所持は今回の禁止措置の対象とはなりません。　
Mobile phones with both PHS and 3G mode carried by Japanese people travelling to Hong Kong for the purpose of international roaming in 3G mode will not be affected by the ban.

持ち込みの違法性について知らずにＰＨＳ機器を持ち込んだ場合には、罪に問われることはありません。
It would not prosecute a person who committed, without knowledge, the offence in relation to the illegal possession or use of PHS apparatus.

香港に入国しないトランジットの(空港の制限区域内に留まる)場合、ＰＨＳ機器の使用は禁止措置の対象ですが、持ち込みは禁止措置の対象外となります。
If the transit passenger does not enter Hong Kong (i.e. Just remain in the restricted area at the airport) the possession of PHS apparatus will not be affected by the ban but the use will be affected by the ban
